Andreas Dorn
Andreas lives the passion to instil performance excellence and breakthroughs in individuals and organisations. Arrived in Malaysia in 1993 with the UNDP, working on the National Spatial Development Plan. Fifteen years in research, HR consulting, and market research across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore came before he discovered NLP in 2003, then co-founded Asia Mind Dynamics with Najwa in 2005.
Trained more than 5,000 hours by different leaders in the field of the mind, across more than 20 years and five countries - Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Since 2024, has continued training directly with Robert Dilts, co-creator of NLP - 12 days to date in Sleight of Mouth and Levels of Change, with further training ongoing. Invited to join the NLP Leadership Summit - a select group of international NLP leaders and co-creators who collaborate with the founders of NLP to advance its standing worldwide, membership by invitation only. Speaker at the Global NLP Conference and Global Empowerment Summit, and host of The Mind In Conversation, a live show on the mind, communication, and change. Author of three books: Think. Communicate. Change., Sleight of Mouth, and NLP In Leadership.

Najwa Dorn Rustum
Co-founder of Asia Mind Dynamics, cooperating with Andreas in NLP, Hypnosis, and Time Line Therapy® training and coaching since 2005. Trained in the NLP University lineage under Robert Dilts. Passionately believes that everybody is doing the best they can with the resources available to them - and that lasting transformation comes from the ability to discover one's own inner power.
Extensive experience bridging cultural gaps, having lived in Singapore and worked with the Malaysian embassy during three years in Indonesia. Trained extensively in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, with a specialisation - deeper than Andreas's own - in Ultra Depth, Deep Trance, and Scientific Hypnosis. Guides clients into deep personal breakthrough sessions using this work.
