🎓 NLP & Time Line Therapy® Training Starts October 2026 - Limited Seats
Certified Hypnosis Practitioner · Recognised by the American Board of Hypnosis (ABH)

Two days with hypnosis. Not a shortcut around the real work.

In two days you learn to induce trance, deepen it, and give suggestions that genuinely help - a skill Andreas has practised and taught for over 20 years. It's real, and it's useful on its own if you want to understand how you personally respond to trance. But if your goal is to work professionally with clients, this is the fourth piece, not the first: the actual change work happens through NLP, Time Line Therapy®, and LAB Profile® first. Hypnosis is what you add once that's done.

The Honest Answer, First

Why this isn't sold as a shortcut.

Andreas has learned hypnosis from many different teachers over more than 20 years. It's genuinely enjoyable to both hypnotise and be hypnotised - and if that curiosity is the whole reason you're here, that's a good enough reason on its own.

But if the goal is to help other people make change that actually lasts, two days of hypnosis alone isn't strong enough for that. Andreas uses the skill taught in this course only after the real clean-up work is done - through NLP, Time Line Therapy®, and LAB Profile®. That's the order this training exists in: not a replacement for that work, but what comes after it.

In The Room

Trained by someone who's done this for 20 years.

Andreas Dorn is Malaysia's Master Trainer of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, certified by the American Board of Hypnosis (ABH) - a credential that allows him to certify others as Trainers of Hypnotherapy in turn. Najwa Dorn Rustum holds the same ABH-recognised training credential. Between them, this isn't a weekend add-on skill - it's a specialisation practised and taught for two decades.

The Programme

Two days. Everything you need to actually do this.

Covers the full arc - from history and the unconscious mind, through to giving a suggestion someone can actually use, and bringing them back out again.

01

The Conscious & Unconscious Mind

The history of hypnosis, why it matters today, and the difference between the conscious and unconscious mind - and how to bypass the critical faculty to speak to it directly.

02

Induction & Deepening

Ericksonian inductions (maternal hypnosis) and Dave Elman's rapid induction technique, what to do before you ever work with a client, and how to deepen the trance so someone is genuinely ready to receive a suggestion.

03

Scripts & Suggestion

The art of formulating a script that helps rather than harms, when and how to give a suggestion the client actually wants, and bringing them back out of trance again.

04

The Pendulum & Self-Hypnosis

A variety of ways to work with the pendulum to communicate with your own subconscious, and how to use self-hypnosis to initiate changes in yourself after the training ends.

05

Working With Resistance

How to work with someone who doesn't want to be hypnotised, and a set of suggestibility tests to read the room before you ever attempt an induction.

06

Hypnosis, Debunked

What hypnosis actually is in daily life, and a straight debunking of the myths that keep most people from ever trying it - it's not what you think.

Questions We're Always Asked

Answered honestly.

Is two days enough to work professionally with clients?

On its own, no - and we'd rather tell you that now than after you've booked. Two days teaches you to induce trance, deepen it, and give suggestions well. If you want to help people make lasting change professionally, that work is done first through NLP, Time Line Therapy®, and LAB Profile® - Hypnosis is what you add once that groundwork exists, not a replacement for it.

Do I need to be NLP or Time Line Therapy® certified first?

Not required to attend. But if your goal is to use hypnosis professionally with clients, Andreas's own approach - after 20 years of practising and teaching this - is to do the NLP, Time Line Therapy®, and LAB Profile® work first, and add hypnosis after.

What if I just want to explore hypnosis for myself?

That's a genuinely good reason to attend on its own. Understanding how you personally respond to trance, and learning self-hypnosis to initiate your own changes, doesn't require any intention to practise on others.

Can everyone be hypnotised?

In Andreas's experience, yes. What varies is willingness to follow the process, not capacity for trance itself - some people drop in within moments, others take longer to let go and follow along, but the door is open to anyone willing to walk through it. Most people are already doing it without realising: daydreaming, driving on autopilot, losing an hour in a book are all everyday versions of the same state. Milton Erickson himself described hypnosis not as a cure on its own, but as a way of creating the right conditions for real change to happen - and that willingness to engage is exactly the variable that differs from person to person.

Is hypnosis dangerous?

No. Hypnosis is a natural state of heightened, focused awareness - not sedation, sleep, or a loss of consciousness. You stay fully aware throughout, which is exactly why it's safe: nothing happens that you're not tracking and able to respond to.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?

No - this is one of the most common myths, and it isn't how trance works. Left without further guidance, a person simply drifts into ordinary sleep or opens their eyes. Nobody has ever been stuck in a hypnotic state.

What is hypnosis?

A state of heightened awareness, not the loss-of-control image most people picture. During an induction, you're guided from paying attention to the outside world toward focusing inward, until you reach a calm, deeply focused state where a suggestion can actually land. Andreas covers this properly in a short video on his channel.

Will I lose control or do things against my will?

No. Trance can look like being zoned out from the outside - eyes closed, still - but internally you stay alert and in control the entire time. If a suggestion ever felt wrong, you'd come out of it immediately, fully aware, and able to say so.

Is this part of the Advanced Coaching Package?
